TrackACert.io is an IT certification tracking platform for teams. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean TrackACert.io. When we say "you", we mean you as a user of our service.

We collect the following information when you use TrackACert.io:

- Certification details you add (name, issuer, expiry date)
- Organisation and team information
- Billing information processed through Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Basic usage data (page visits, actions within the app)
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the TrackACert.io service
- To send you account-related emails (invites, expiry reminders)
- To process payments via Stripe
- To improve the service
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure compliant with industry standards. Data is stored in the EU by default.
5. Third-party services
- Supabase - database and authentication
- Stripe - payment processing
- Vercel - hosting and infrastructure
Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to processing of your data
