By accessing or using TrackACert.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

TrackACert.io is a web-based platform that allows organisations to track IT certifications held by their team members. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One person may not operate multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false or misleading certification data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into TrackACert.io. By using the service, you grant us a licence to store and process that data in order to provide the service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep TrackACert.io available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

TrackACert.io is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
